We offer small group classes including BOSU Ball, Weight Training, Kettlle Bells, Core Training, Cardiovascular Exercises, Pilates, etc.
All group classes are Tuesday and Thursday at either 8Am. or in the late afternoon at 4Pm. Classes consist of no more than 6 people and at least 1 person show. It is $25 for drop-ins and $18 if you purchase 8. Space is limited and only the first 6 participants are permitted. This is almost like one-on-one personal training. Also, if you are interested in starting your own group class we'll definately set you up for success. Early morning times are available.
